Who is a daytime guest and who is an evening guest?
Daytime guest - your invite includes the ceremony and the reception
Evening guest - your invite only includes the reception

2pm - Ceremony
Where: The Hidden Gardens
More Info: Guests should arrive from 2pm and the ceremony will begin at 2:30pm
3pm - Drinks, Nibbles and Photos
Where: The Hidden Gardens
More Info: Drinks and light refreshment following the ceremony and then its photo time!
We will provide board games to keep people entertained between photos and you can also feel free to wander around the rest of the gardens
4:45pm - Travel to Reception
Where: Travel to Sloans
More Info: Bus organised to take guests to Sloans for the evening event. Board games will be provided and guests can feel free to relax before the evening festivities
All Guests
5:30pm - Evening Guests Arrive
Where: Sloans Ballroom
More Info: Evening guests will begin to arrive
6pm - Evening Buffet and Speeches
Where: Sloans Ballroom
More Info: Evening hot-food buffet will be provided, interspersed with speeches
8pm - Ceilidh
Where: Sloans Ballroom
More Info: Ceilidh will begin - tables and chairs will stay out and no one will be pressured to join in. Board games will still be available and of course there's the bar
11pm - Ceilidh Ends
Where: Sloans Ballroom
More Info: Ceilidh will end, and we will connect up Bluetooth speakers to play music
12:30pm - Carriages*
Where: Sloans Ballroom
More Info: *There won't be any real carriages or horses; for some reason this is a lie that people put on their wedding schedules - this is when it's time to start heading home!
